We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

  • Unused and undamaged: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Original packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any tags, cards, and accessories that were included.
  • Proof of purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and are excluded from our return policy:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been worn or altered
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

4. Return Process

  • Ship the item(s): Once you receive the RA number, package your item(s) securely and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

5. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error.
